Ordering & Contact
When placing an order for the first time, you will be required to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. We may ask you to use identifications and passwords and other means for you to be able to access certain areas of the Web Store.

After placing your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the Products you have ordered.

In the event prolonged inactivity causes your connection to our Web Store to fail, your selection of goods may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection.

If products are shown on our Web Store but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you such products.

Although we have made all reasonable efforts to correctly display products on the Web Store, we cannot guarantee that these will be accurately represented.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to despatch orders within 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will notify you with a lead-time and send out the order to you as soon as the product is available. If part of your order is in stock, we will despatch immediately and arrange another delivery for the rest of the order without any additional shipping charge.

Our method of shipment is UPS, and although we will supply you with a tracking number, delivery times may not always be guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.

Although we may extend the list of countries where we are shipping to, we will only arrange delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

We have obtained preferred UPS rates, which you can also benefit from. Here is the break down of our shipping costs:

Returns & Cancellation of Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please contact customer service to arrange return within 14 days of shipment. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund.

Please notify Customer Service of any cancellation requests. Cancellations can only be accepted prior to shipment of the goods.

Please note shipping cost for returns out of warranty and cancellation items will be at your cost. For warranty returns, please contact Customer Service who will arrange collection free of charge.
Payment & Pricing
Payment is made only through the WorldPay secure payment gateway by credit or debit card.

Any refunds issued following the cancellation or return of an order, will be made to your credit or debit card account which will be re-credited as soon as possible.

All prices on the UK Webstore are stated in British Pounds Sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. All prices on the EU Webstore are stated in Euro. They do not include any VAT and exclude delivery charges.

OK International may vary the prices listed on its web stores at any time and without any notice.
Privacy & Security
OK International is sincerely concerned about user privacy. We make use of cookies exclusively for user customisation, and aggregate statistics / individual behaviours are not tracked. We do not store any customer financial information (including credit or debit card numbers).

Viewing Orders & Account Information
To view the status of your order and your order history, simply login to your account, click on “My Orders” in the Account Dashboard menu.

Your Account Dashboard also allows you to view and update any account information and address book you have entered.
